Property manager questions
What fire inspections does a commercial property in Arizona need?
Most commercial buildings need annual fire alarm testing, quarterly and annual sprinkler inspections, monthly and annual exit light tests, annual extinguisher inspections and an annual fire line backflow test. Restaurants add kitchen hood inspections every six months, and larger buildings may have a fire pump.
Can AZ Firetech keep track of all my inspection dates?
Yes. Service agreement customers get an annual compliance plan and reminders before anything is due, plus priority scheduling.
Can I forward your reports to owners and tenants?
Yes. Reports are written in plain language with photos so you can forward them without translating.
Do you notify the fire department when repairs are done?
Yes. When we correct a system, we handle the update your fire department requires, which is one less thing on your list.
We manage properties in several cities. Can you cover all of them?
If they are in Phoenix or the East Valley, yes. We keep one schedule across your portfolio.
